• Service details: delivery address, property type, hookups availability, preferred dates, access instructions.

• Communications: messages you send us by website forms, email, SMS, phone, or social media.

• Payment info: Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our payment and subscription processor. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe may securely store payment tokens for recurring subscriptions or auto‑pay features, which you can cancel anytime per your rental agreement. 2) Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, and interactions with our site.

• Cookies & similar tech: see Cookies & tracking below.

3) Information from third parties

• Lead sources: Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, messaging platforms, review sites, and referral partners.

• Payment & fraud data: from payment processors like Stripe.

• Delivery/installation partners: may share scheduling and service status updates.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide services: schedule deliveries/pickups, install equipment, handle maintenance requests, and manage accounts.

• Operate the website: troubleshoot, analyze performance, and improve content.

• Process payments: via third‑party processor Stripe.

• Communicate: respond to inquiries, send confirmations/updates, and provide customer support.

• Marketing: send service updates, promotions, and remarketing (only if permitted). You can opt out at any time.

SMS consent: By providing a mobile number, you agree that we may send SMS messages related to scheduling, confirmations, or service updates. Message/data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out.

Sharing & disclosures

We share information with:

• Service providers/Processors: website hosting (e.g., Squarespace), email/SMS tools, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), payment processing (Stripe), delivery/installation partners, and customer support platforms. They may only use data to provide services to us.

• Advertising & social platforms: If we run ads or remarketing (e.g., Meta Pixel), these platforms may receive limited data to measure and improve ad performance consistent with their policies.

• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

• Legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, and safety.

We do not sell personal information.

Optional add‑ons

• Scheduling tools: We may use scheduling platforms (such as Squarespace Scheduling, Stripe Appointments, or similar) to coordinate delivery and installation times. These tools may process your contact details solely to confirm or modify appointments.

• Review & testimonial use: With your permission, we may publish reviews along with your first name and city.

• Auto‑pay subscriptions: If you enroll in auto‑pay, Stripe securely stores your payment token to bill you each period. You can cancel auto‑pay anytime per your rental agreement.
